but they act like nobody else is around and are entirely unbothered, proudly hugging her or holding her hand or smiling at her and such. it helps her feel better and nobody else dares to say anything because SOMEONE won over a perfect honor student, an ex-influencer, and kanade, and it wasn’t them.

how would niigo handle working food service
kanade: too quiet and nervous in a fast paced environment, customers can’t hear her. NEEDS to cut her hair because she will trip or it will get caught in something even if tied. brain shuts down. can’t stand and run around too long. feels too guilty to quit halfway through shift like anyone else would so waits until the week is over anyway. mafuyu: depends if we’re going masked or unmasked, an unmasked mafuyu would run that place like the navy while a masked one is just a really good worker who seems too happy about working there when everyone else hates it. either way does just fine. like scarily well. hates the job though. ena: absolutely hates it. hates every customer. hates the mess and the rush. quits halfway through the shift in the middle of rush hour and never looks back. mizuki: does well and likes being a social lovable employee that all the customers like but slacks on the job. will hide in the back and pretend to be sweeping the same spot a million times just to not do the job. she’s still somehow really great at it when she DOES the work, she just doesn’t want to do it, ESPECIALLY if she gets dirty. washing dishes is a sensory nightmare.

mizuki being like “you can’t be with me because it’ll burden you and bring you shame” but ena always wants to be attached to hip with her and proudly hold her hand and kanade is ready to do anything to make sure she’s happy even if it’s silly and mafuyu smiles just hearing her ramble about clothes.
