I learned my Latin at WKGS with the amazing Mr Taylor. Went onto do a classics degree at Cambridge and now have been teaching Latin, Greek and Classical Civilisation for 20 years

WKGS is currently the ONLY Wirral state school offering Latin as a timetabled subject.

Increasing my @classicsforall.bsky.social donation as the government have cancelled the ‘Latin excellence in schools’ programme. Do reach out to them if you are a state school wanting to offer a classical subject.
