Everytime I’ve input my ingredients just now, ever option has included ingredients I didn’t input and do not have. So your argument, in practice 10 minutes ago is still “not useful”
I can open a cook book or simple google “recipes with xyz ingredients” and get the same options

Because of the arguments I tried this and some of the recipes were fine but some were clearly not recipes and would be horrible. And every one of them included ingredients I didn’t input (and therefore don’t have). So no, not useful.
