Elon Musk in the MCU was probably a member of Hydra who had Ulysses Klaw on speed dial. Not to make what weapons though. He just wanted to make a fleet of crappy cyber trucks made out of vibranium that would cause massive damage to the driver in the other car.

What I truly hate about certain social media sites is they just always expect for you to have some sort of explicit negative emotion 100% of the time as if it is a drug they are addicted to and it's disgusting.
