Charismatic #Zygerrian pirate JAQOTI D’LYE has already earned many colorful sobriquets in her young corsair career. Among them, JAQ THE LASH for her skill with an electro-whip & her penchant for violence, and ROSE FROM THE DEAD RED for her fiery red hair & knack for defying death!

Artwork by me, @Magna_Tolvan. Depicts a Star Wars OC named Jaqoti D’lye, a wild-eyed, short-haired — and hot — Zygerrian pirate slashing the air between you with an electro-whip. She has two earrings in her right ear, one in her left. Her toned midriff is bare and her right arm is cybernetic. The whip crackles with stylized arcs of electricity, which lights the scene in high-contrast black and white. (The black is actually a very dark purple-brown to convey a sense of old comicbook inks not being fully black on yellowing pages). Her chest wrap is inspired by the one Vi wears in Arcane S2, and the composition overall is specifically an homage to artwork by Cynthia Martin — a classic Marvel Star Wars panel of Lumiya wielding her light-whip, from Star Wars #96 “Duel with a Dark Lady”

I know there's a lot to keep up with but someone has ALREADY been killed by ICE in Chicago, its not a theoretical question, and folks are dying in ICE detention and being disappeared constantly, when you say "someone's gonna get killed" youre actually washing the blood from their hands 😘✌️
