It was gorgeous!!! The Munnings Art Museum first ever Storytelling for Grown Ups. I loved telling tales there and I’m really looking forward to the next time.

I’d like to apologise for the awful weather here in Suffolk. I bought a new garden swing seat, put it together in the hot sun and it started raining the next day and hasn’t stopped. My bad.

Working at the gym before aqua aerobics. Everyone else is eating yummy lunches but I’m a child of 70’s public information films and I know that I have to wait an hour after eating before swimming. So it’s bananas and coffee for me. That won’t kill me will it?
