It would be interesting to hear you guys discuss why this is often the case on the #arsecastextra Managers choses to sub on defenders while we as fans would consider making a more offensive sub to take the game to the opponent. @arseblog.com @gunnerblog.bsky.social
I also think we invited that pressure with the Mosquera sub. No slight on him at all, and I do get it when managers do that, but we had players like White, MLS, Nwaneri who could have given us more energy and play more of the final stages in their half.
