Hi! I am a #mtg player and former L1 judge, and father of a cool 4 year old son. He chewed on a Mountain when he was 10 months old, and wasn't impressed. So no red player :)

I found a little bug. I wanted to add Doc Ock's Tentacles to a deck, but when I searched it only found the Through the Omenpaths version. I could add that, change version and have it anyway, but it might be better if it actually showed up in the search result ;)

If you have time, I have a question for you that I didn't see answered in the Mechanics article: Is firebending giving a creature a red color identity? I assume not, as with extort the mana symbol is in reminder text, but I wanted to be sure :)

My god, Krenko is a beast.
I lost from a fairly casual Krenko deck. He only played 2 lands the entire game, but that did not stop him :P.
Granted, we all played lower power level decks, but still....Krenko hit the field, and the next turn we were all dead!
What a card!

My god, Krenko is a beast.

I think I am going to skip 95% of Edge of Eternities. There are too many sets. And every time I get excited, like for some FF cards, it feels like an old set already.

I can recommend bracket 2 Kotis Mutate Commander a lot! Probably not as powerful as the "Giant Growth" version, but so much fun!
I mutated these three on him and got soooo much value! A 10/10 flying indestructible that steals from the library hits like a truck 🤩

Last Commander game of the evening: my Benton vs Karlach/FF vs Dalakos. All blazing starts, but it was over in 10 minutes on turn 6. I had 25 cards in hand and beat the snot out of Dalakos and Karlach. What a great card. Thanks John :)

When considering what to buy from the Final Fantasy set, remember the usual advice: *do not pay inflated preorder prices*. Prices will come waaay down once supply hits the market. Wait 1-2 months for the prices to plateau before buying.
