In Nanaimo we have The Tree just south of town. She has a Facebook fan group and five stars on Google. This is a photo a tree fan posted.
A google review of "the tree". It has five stars. Two reviews read "great tree all year round" and "my and my hubbys favourite tree on the commute to work" A massive tree covered in fall leaves with some cows grazing below

This person is correct. Blowing fake snow from the top of the ladder truck was a great idea that made winterfest v cute.

This is a beef in disguise!!!
BOUQUET To the multimillion-dollar beef regarding Nanaimo council members thumbing their noses at democracy and doing an end-run around citizens rejecting the new works yard multiple times. Conniving is a perfect characterization. Council’s use of the negative-billing funding mechanism requiring 10 per cent of voters to rise up was already an affront.
