I left social media for a while and didn’t miss it much. Only came to BlueSky to check it out and mostly enjoying - I just follow Booksky, authors, friends & cat photos. The rage about what’s happening in America is depressing & having to filter through it all to find the stuff I like is draining.

This mesmerising novel set in Brixton (London) by Nigerian author Biyi Bandele is one of my favourite books.
