#AmericanAlpineClub #AAC hasn't answered my question email on 7/19, or my complaint from 9/2. Two weeks later, I was told there was an investigation. I asked for a callback, but I have still not been contacted or had my questions answered.

Reddit is overflowing with ignorant comments from individuals who act as if they know something, or anything at all, often too lazy to even read the article before commenting on the thread.

Google's customer service is appalling. I wasted nearly an hour with a support representative who repeatedly contradicted herself. I'd prefer to pay a little extra and switch my service to Verizon.
