And yes, this is a recipe similar to the panera bread mexican street corn soup. I tried that soup once and I haven't stopped thinking about it.

Mid-Autumn festival 🥮
Thumbprint cookies I baked for the hangout; sugar cookies topped with various spreads. The varieties include apple butter, raspberry jam, strawberry jam, and blackberry jam. Date night 🥰
Rainbow roll with a bowl of steak and scallop hibachi Special menu sushi roll plated very fancy. The roll is made out of lobster tempura, snow crab, spicy tuna, 'crunchy top' then topped with yellowtail, snapper, tuna, avocado. Drizzled on top is eel sauce, masago, and black tobiko (soy paper) Waffle cone ice cream, ice cream flavor is called green monster, it is green colored version of blue monster. Basically a vanilla base colored green with cookies mixed in. Waffle cone ice cream; ice cream flavor is called chocoholic chunk.

Hachis Parmentier

The filling consist of a mirepoix, deglazed in a dry red wine, then meat added. I chose to add peas to the mixture. The filling is then placed in a casserole dish and mashed potatoes are piped on top and broiled until golden; as all the components are already cooked.
