yes, streamed from his youtube on his phone to his stereo system so it's already not even high quality audio that he's blasting loud enough to shake the upstairs. but i have my own separate internet connection to the house that only i use so nothing i can kick him off of lol.

and yes, blasting your music so loud it can be heard from a block away when you live in a crowded neighborhood is inconsiderate jackass behavior.
