Hi, former Army here. The thing Noone seems to be talking about is the ramifications of disobeying a order. Yes you can say that you believe the order is unlawful, but then you subject yourself to UCMJ. And if UCMJ determine that the order was indeed lawful, cause who gets in trouble?

Yes, I am aware seen plenty of it over the years. Honestly id say Biden is the closest to literally babbling. Trump just speaks in run-on sentences like he forgot there is a period after a sentence.

Yeah that is not what the 25th amendment is for. Yes it does involve succession, but unless you can prove he is unfit to make decisions (This includes bad ones) then he can't be removed.
