It's Retroarchs built in shaders. I'm using the standard Hylian filter, at 4k on an OLED tv.

And yeah, sure, there's a Super Famicom version but...that's missing the music, cutscenes, voice overs, and a lot of the charm. PC-Engine is the way to go.
