Idk I don't think we should do anything differently, I still think we should stand our ground on keeping ai out of games/movies/art, I just think there's something sad about needing to even be vigilant about it. I want to just enjoy art again.

Especially because a lot of the time (not referring to anything specific) there's demand from shareholders and higher ups to "implement ai into the workflow" despite the fact that the actual creatives and audience do not want that, if you work in a creative field right now you know what I mean.

I think the sad part is moreso the "it's not that hard to not engage with that media" part because like. Art is what makes life worth living? I think it is actually difficult to realize something you care about used unethical methods in it's production and now you have to hate it on principle.
