This shouldn't be a competition :-) Would be great if all parties would align their sanction lists and tigthen enforcement, starting with #falseflag vessels that make a mokery of international maritime law.

#DMA AIS raw data show the #Qasr identifying itself as #Devika, MMSI 655912900 = false Malawi flag.
Equasis lists it as Qsar, Oman flagged. IMO does the same, but got no MMSI number for it.
Such vessels with unclear flag status make a mokery of maritime law.

Lloyds and Marine Traffic still list it as #Devika / #Apar.
In my dreams, this is authorities trying to wear them down with constant requests for documenation, state by state. But what do you think is behind this?

On the High Seas, it is the Navy that is in charge of law enforcement, isn't?
20yrs ago, I investigated IUU fishing of Patagonian Toothfish in Antarctica. The French Navy brought up dozens of fishing vessels there, towing them to Mauritius. Good job...A real solutions needs political action, sure.

Another false flagged #shadowfleet oil tanker entering the Baltic, the White Condor I (IMO9255244), falsely Aruba flagged.

Passing Denmark's coastline in less than 3nm distance.

Do stateless vessels enjoy the right of innocent passage, just the same as law abiding vessels?

The line might indeed be a MarineTraffic 'artefact'. In some cases, like new pipelines in the North Sea, at times, their charts are updated in near real time, though.

Sanctioned #SwiftseaRider (IMO9318539) just changed flag from Comoros > Croatia acc. to Seasearcher.

Marine Traffic, Equasis and GISIS still show Comoros.

Croation Ship register is void for its IMO No.

#ReliableWarrior: Back on track to Russia, after this odd detour, that ended in a 3hr visit from the Estonian pollution control vessel #Ikla. No report yet on #Thetis. Apparently, it got ordered by Estonian authorities to show up for this control. Perhaps complying, as it flies the flag of Greece?

Sanctioned tanker #Pushpa (IMO9332810), false flag of Malawi, stopped just south of Sicily. Likely laden with 100,000t+ of Russian crude oil.
It is still at that position, now with navigational status 'Not under command'.

Am I paranoid to be concerned?

You will remember the Pushpa...went undeterred through all European EEZs, contrary to the Sierra.
It now stopped south of Sicily.
Certainly to be watch.
