You could argue that those points were valid if Ukraine had attacked russia unprovoked.
However it was russia that invaded Ukraine and to insist on a peace deal that sees its military capped and no NATO troops to police a peace deal then it’s not a peace deal.

Judging from how low some of the rounds were going I would say yes they are flying low. I certainly wouldn’t have stood there filming it as the rounds panned towards his direction. Must be drunk or very stupid.
