That was one of the weirdest characters I've seen. Penny did a great job in portraying him. Most other actors would have struggled with that.

I'm so sorry Scott. I remember him on many of your podcasts and he always came across as such a good person, funny, smart, and just an overall good guy.

I also go with somewhere between reasonable and it didn't fall over as calling it good

Every year I say I need to do this.

Thinking a bunch of them leave before the end of the administration while they can still get a Presidential pardon for the things they did. But we'll see.

Well shit. Now I guess I have to see it.

Was planning on it anyway but likely on streaming. But now I'm super curious what this line was.

I really hope Mike Johnson's family gets all of the hints he's dropping that he wants a TV for Christmas.

I've been watching on YouTube and have been enjoying it. I haven't noticed anything off about music or anything like that but perhaps I haven't been paying super close attention. Definitely still has some funny parts that hold up ok.

Completely correct. And another reason we do the primary and election. I just think it's time the old guard helps some new blood get into the fight as this is going to take decades to clean up. Mills doesn't have that. She can still be a great help to the state if she wishes.

So if a thief steals my wallet but doesn't spend the cash is that ok?

What is the statute of limitations for me to sue the company that allowed my private drivers license number to be stolen after I find it on the dark web? Pretty sure my license will follow me for life.

Agreed. Personally I would prefer that Mills bows out from the race and just helps endorse whoever wins the primary. She can support the party and the state but running at her age is just ripe for issues. I've liked her (for the most part) as the Gov but I will hate to have to vote for her again.

Wait can we can Judge on the Red Sox before tonight's game 3?

I'm kind of thinking that could help us...

Dang so to hear that. I had mine last week and didn't notice anything this year. Hopefully that doesn't mean I get a nasty flu over Christmas.

Got my flu last Friday and getting my COVID on Monday. I also needed the prescription but not a big deal due to diabetes so Dr was fine with it.

Last summer I read "Nuclear War: A Scenario" by Annie Jacobsen. Was incredibly well written and researched. Also probably the most terrifying thing I've ever read. I'm still thinking about it a year later on a all too often basis.

Great talk Scott. I was also lucky in having teachers and parents that help encourage me in many ways, but especially with my interest in learning and computers. I wish everyone realized how important teachers can be in shaping our future.

When parody seems like real life you know we're all in trouble. I've been caught many times in the Trump era trying to figure out a headline.

I'm sorry for your loss. It was a beautiful obituary that you wrote. Please take care and know we are all thinking of you and your family.

So the tariffs are to bring back key manufacturing under US control but we are going to give up steel production to a foreign country? Got it. Thanks.
