@govpritzker.illinois.gov Once the officer’s conduct clearly exceeds or violates federal authority, the Supremacy Clause immunity does not apply. A state officer can arrest them just as they would any other person suspected of a state crime. Start making arrests!

Now is the time to go to a state courthouse and file state charges against these criminals that are exceeding their legal authority and are no longer protected by qualified immunity. Don’t just stand at a press conference and then sit around waiting for a federal TRO…they are breaking state laws.
