Had one on for the last week for a buggered back muscle. Issued by physio. Can’t say they work miracles but a definite easing of pain when they’re attached.

Better on phone/watch. Paper copies have a tendency to get ruined on a run. But basically anyway it can be scanned is good enough. No need to rush getting scanned in, as long as you collect their token at the finish line you can take as much time as needed to get your code ready for scanning.
