Fair warning, make sure the ring you get is not too big. I got one that was about 1in and it was more prone to accidental pushing in uncomfortable directions.

you seem to have had a similar heal time to me. I would suggest waiting at least a month to 6 weeks before sex. One wrong bump could tear & cause scarring or major discomfort.
Basically, make sure its completely healed inside & out before higher friction movements!
