It's a start. But the fact that Red Hat SCOTUS can't even IMMEDIATELY UPHOLD the Constitution is a BIG problem! Birthright citizenship IS the 14th Amendment, and SCOTUS should have immediately thrown out this bogus lawsuit by the Littlest MoFo!
