It's going to be fascinating to see the results of this research. We've worked with around 40 insurance clients and many do great work in digital but the overall end customer experience is siloed, so if a customer switches channels the experience falls apart.

I feel very sorry for their 'customers' that lost money on their purchases. For us it was a real headache and we are extremely grateful for our wonderful clients who all rallied round to help us.
