But back to the current drydock it is in up in Murmansk. This dock was built by merging two drydocks into one large enough to fit the rusting giant, which has been stuck there for a few years now getting refits and delays. It will never be scrapped, even if many say it should be at this point. 3/3

For it's entire time at sea this abomination of mismanagement and corruption was dependant on a tugboat to move. Leading to a tugboat being on standby near it when it was out to sea. During which it didn't have distilation potential good enough to cover it's crew for more than 10-20 min a day. 2/?
