The gov of each state is the commander in chief of their national guard, they are the only ones legally in command of their troops, not the president unless given permission. Taking away that permission is illegal

One thing I have to hand it to republcians. Their idea of flooding the zone as they say to pysch people into voting for them etc doesn't work when youre very party is doing terrible things that people can see. I was trained to recognise this but in a time when my side was winning, making it easier
