Well, I've tried 3 "real" prompts from a recent job. They were shocked I wasn't getting usable footage from their AI garbage. They were generating it and handing it to me unviewed, and couldn't believe it was 100% crap. All 3 times this has also failed with no explanation, w/no clips offered at all.

I'm so glad I saw this. As you know, I'm more of a Peaks guy that a VT guy, but this certainly seems like it's worth popping in for a warming beverage.

I have a monthly client project that I've done in Premiere for years, but that I did in Resolve a few months ago because I'd just taken an intro course. However, every time it's come up since, I open the old Premiere project because I just want to knock it out "quickly." I need to get over myself.

Indeed, I went and picked up my (temp) copy, and decided a 1/3rd of the way through to knock out one of the easiest salsas I had the ingredients on-hand for, before reading further. Turns out my avocados are still a day short of ripe, so my inspiration simmers until tomorrow.

I put it on hold with my local li-berry, despite the fact I've been making my family salsa "recipes" since I could walk. I'm not averse to trying new things, although pineapple may be a bridge too far. It's not like it's pizza.

I am curious how pineapple and corn are going to play into this. Although if that's habanero I'm spying, that would offset the pineapple, I suppose. Are you the one who recommended the Rick Martinez salsa book?

I'm mostly in corporate/advertising world. Removing breathing sounds is my first step with any VO/announcer, and my producers are like "what's the holdup? It's only a few edits to cut together." Then later, "I'm not sure why, but yours sounds so much better than the roughcut I did myself."

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. It started being mostly free of politics and horror, and now it's seems to be *all* politics and horror. I should really curate some lists so I can turn off the firehose of dread.
