Does "no restriction" mean we can throw in dual lands? Or should we design them as though they were WOTC products?

Have you also noticed that the format has gotten so expensive, the format is trending towards using other dual lands, like shock lands and other less efficient cards, to fill out their mana base? As a long-time fan of the format, I feel as though Wizards has left us behind, save for MTGO

If I wanna play Reanimator, there aren't any worries for me, unless the format speeds up, and I'd need Badlands! Not to mention what any new players have to go through that others who started earlier didn't worry about as much. Anabout wanting to play other archetypes in the format?

Glad to know there's still people who still stick up for the consumer, especially in the ever-growing expense of playing paper Legacy. Got my Underground Seas in 2014, and even back then, they were $250 each!
