I heard that Melanoma wrote Putin a letter. Frist thing that came to my mind is it's doubtful she wrote nor cared enough send a letter to him. It's some bullshit some rando staff typed up and since they know she'll refuse to sign it had Demented Donnie sign it saying that's her signature.
