Been hitting the gym pretty hard lately, and the fatigue seems to be building up. So today I cancelled squats and just did some light arm and ab work. Pushing yourself is good, but it's important to listen to your body and know when to ease up.

A nice relaxed, reclining pose for this week. When I'm modelling for the local group they usually give me a chaise lounge to lie on, but doing these shots in my cabin I have to make do with the floor 😅

What a week it's been. My partner Jason has been very unwell, so I've been pretty much on full time carer duties. Thankfully he's getting a lot better now, giving me just enough time to get some last minute farm work done before the family gets here for Christmas.
