Look at the love-grip between these two. It reminds me of beautiful relationships with other dictators. He could obviously care less whether an innocent man is released from El Salvador's Hell. It doesn't make him money. He has no idea how much ill will he's accumulating. Enough may change his mind.

Insane. I believe he is so badly mamed that the El Salvadorian president does not want to show this to the people of the United States. Obviously Trump could care less because he's continuing talks with this president like this is acceptable. It's NOT!.
