Obligatory visit to the Pewter City museum. I was surprised the Columbia was in the original, and not just localized for an American audience! Game Freak probably had a fair share of space nerds. Hits differently after the disaster 😢

Caught a Pikachu in Viridian Forest. Chonky Pikachu is definitely the superior version. Not sure what "use it in a pinch" is referring to tho...

I picked Bulbasaur because it was the obvious best choice. The pokedex entry is pretty similar to Red and Blue.
