I saved myself the rage by NOT reading his post regarding Rob Reiner. I knew instinctively that whatever he said would enrage me. We all need to ignore him, do not respond. Starve him of the attention he seeks. I'm not saying drop out but if ya already know, trust that nothings changing!

It's so much more prevalent now due to all that's happening. I feel ya. I've been doing alot of mindfulness exercises and it's helped soooo much. There's alot of ways to get out of that mindset, I encourage you to check it out. We should all be able to just live in peace. Best to ya 😎✌️
