I’ve been trying to correct my birthdate with Medicaid since OCTOBER. Can’t pick up prescriptions, providers can’t bill, etc, until it’s corrected. I’ve called 7+ times. Finally contacted the ombudsman’s office who put me in touch with this guy, who is my new best friend. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
