There is no reform of ICE or CBP like there was no reform of the SS after the fall of the third reich. ICE must be immediately disbanded and all criminals must be immediately prosecuted. The next POTUS will need to recreate an immigration enforcement agency from zero.

Putin has destroyed Russia with his invasion of Ukraine. I don't know what kind of support he could offer Syria when his economy is disintegrating and they are running out of men and equipment in Ukraine. I guess they could share their latest military innovation - the horse.
