Trying hard to grow old and grumpy
Unlike Zaluzhnyi, there is a man who really rocks a civilian suit.

It's an interesting ethnic change over. The village I live in has a small 'hostel' for migrant workers. It houses about 10 people, and two years ago they would all have been Polish. If you walk passed it today, you will notice the license plates on the cars are all Romanian.

Dunno if you read many replies, but a big name behind this might help and I believe you are a Ukraine supporter.

Dear god, that's one centre-fold I very definitely do not want to see.

Similar to others asking, what is up with United24????? This is an official account of a group recognized by the government of Ukraine. I follow them and have never seen anything even remotely controversial. This needs to be corrected.

I was mystified about the frozen 'batteries' until I saw the picture. Bad translation, I guess. In English we generally call them 'radiators.'

Only problem with boycott lists that long is that they don't work. It dilutes the focus. Boycotts need to have a laser tight aim.

That headline is a BAD misquote. Carney did not use the words "reliable" or "ally" in response to reporters questions about a trade deal with China. He refers only to China being "more predictable" than the US.
The headline is implying something that is not there. Shitty journalism.

One flip of an arrogant bird
Was seen from a bright orange turd
There was panic from Ford
"Dismissal" they roared
The whole scene was rather absurd

One of my favorite maritime photos. Guess which ship is still active today and which one has been scrapped?

These graphs really aren't very useful. You can make anything appear to flatline by increasing the scale enough. There are better ways of realistically portraying this.

I'm retired now, but used to work in the industry. Crumpled containers like that are not common and would no longer be considered serviceable. Trying to load containers like that onto a ship, where they have to be stowed tight together inevitably leads to more damage.
