CPTSD is a silent killer! The amount of damage it does to your mind and body is unfathomable. I have suffered severely over the past year. Yes my ptsd i have had for a very long time but I didn't realize what was happening to me over the past year until I finally started to dive into it.

I open up my social media feeds, and it seems like pain is all around us. It makes you stop and think about your own life and experiences. We all carry burdens and face challenges that most people will never know about.
