They used the WELLBY framework which values "a one-point increase in life satisfaction sustained over

I understand this. And when you find a space you believe is safe, you open yourself fully. It may take years, but you do it. So when that too eventually becomes unsafe, it comes close to destroying you. Like living on quicksand.
