True story…He wasn’t just a draft dodger because of bone spurs. The man has an IQ of 74. The minimum IQ for military service, even back then was 80. It is now 92. He reads at a 2nd grade level. That’s why he likes the uneducated. He cannot hold a coherent conversation with someone with intelligence.
