I would add to 5 that the Alito/Thomas gifts are per se impeachable offenses, and clear rules for when recusal is required which render a justice’s vote nullified in any case where they should have recused but didn’t.

What it functionally means is that large scale tax cheats, with complex schemes which take man hours and expertise to unravel, go untouched, while the rest of us who may decide to withhold our tax support can be found and fined quite easily.
