How is ICE paid? By every arrest or by every legitimate arrest resulting in deportation out of the country? Curious how they’re incentivized. Likely part of the problem.

Who’s going to prosecute him and the rest? He owns the DOJ and many Congress people know that once he’s convicted, they’re next and I’m sure they want to prolong that for as long as possible.
