Did he shoot at her again when she was driving away after he called her a bitch? Did ICE give conflicting orders to her to leave and then to get out of the car? Confusing. Anyway, she was clearly driving away when shot.

This video is after she was shot three times and lost control of her car!! (Though it would have been ironic if she'd taken out an ICE officer before she crashed and died. )

I live in Southwest Riverside County north of Camp Pendleton and sometimes you can hear shelling in our area when they're doing training exercises. It was a horrible decision to shoot artillery over a freeway. Thank God Newsom was smart enough to shut down parts of the freeway!
