They both have toy cellphones the 8 yo has been called to an emergency meeting of some sort. I believe it is a weather related emergency, snow was mentioned.

So far they have a pizza oven, a bathroom, and a workshop. The bathroom is designated by a roll of paper towels. The shop has the toy workbench which the neighbor kid is really enjoying. The pizza oven is a box with a Halloween cat decoration next to it. I am loving these priorities.

The ICEstapo, to the point of making up simply absurd stories about agents being pushed around by little old ladies so they can terrorize and detain US citizens. Time to start finding out where these immigration courts are happening so I can follow her lead and volunteer to be an observer too.
