They've been at it for years, but more brazen now. I maintain that London is deeply racist as compared to other Canadian cities.

Being an only child and having no spouse makes it even harder, but my bestie of forever years has been super supportive. On the other hand, I don't have to worry about fighting about the estate with family.

My mom just passed away, and one of the pieces she wants at her memorial and that I played as she was dying, is Hallalujah. And let me be clear, she knows how some will understand it, but back in the late 50s she dated "Lenny" and it's a beautiful inside joke for her.

I do something similar, but instead of lemon, put in whole cranberries and clementines and a splash of orange juice.
