We don’t talk about it enough. Most people avoid anyone who is struggling and mostly vilify you. There’s a lot of men who just hold everything in that’s toxic. I hope people do watch this and break that taboo. Beautifully made ❤️

If we can Create a Chance to Talk about Men's Mental Health Lindsay, and it definitely seems to be doing that, here and overseas (the subtitles definitely help on that front 🙄) then it's worth everything..
