We cheered as the government used 9/11 to dismantle our rights. (Which are actually privileges...rights can't be taken, privileges can be.) The Patriot Act destroyed our privacy. We decided it was okay to kill hundreds of thousands of people in the middle east. Sounds like Israel in Gaza? Hmm

Only we will be on the wrong side this time. We will be the side getting bombed, killed and put on trial. I am ashamed of the government and many of the decisions that have been made since the 70's. Mostly ashamed of the decisions that have been made since 9/11. We over-reacted out of emotion. 2/3
