Stopping the bleeding is the most important part of any trauma situation. If she still had a pulse when EMTs arrived it means she had a chance for surviving the shooting. And by neglecting to render any aid they eliminated that chance.

Not just murder. Also accessory homicide through negligence.

So she didn’t die instantly, they denied medical care or even any small gesture of comfort before she passed…
Left her to die alone…
