From UK/EU it’s like watching a friend go back to the partner who abused them, who will now be emboldened to behave worse. From here we support US citizens and our politicians in standing up to him but in the end we can only hope our friend will choose to take their own ACTION before it’s too late.

If they wanted they could add a future clause e.g. "Consequently anyone found to have attempted to do so will be deemed to have nullified the award and will be struck from the record" + whatever legal wording makes this stick. I doubt they could apply this retroactively, but it would make the point

Welcome, it's much better here. I left >a year ago when just reading the disgusting and intimidating replies others received began to impact me. I don't know how people directly targeted coped. The occasional toxic moron here, maybe that will increase, but the 'block and move on' culture is working
