One of my coworkers had to say goodbye to their elderly dog unexpectedly last week. So, I put together a little sympathy gift for her including a little paw print keychain I crocheted with chapstick holders. 🧶🐾

The point is to start somewhere and build momentum. If we continue to do more things like this we will pick up more people along the way which will strengthen it. We could even get to a point where we can go longer without shopping by trading with each other. We have to take the first step.

I work at a Mental Health & Addictions Counseling office. Received this email from the NIMH on Friday but I'm just seeing it today. It seems vague. I'm trying to research what is going on but I thought I'd post to get a conversation started.
