OCD, Misophonia and ADHD really crushed me over the last 3 months

I was just not able to focus, not able to feel calm

Overwhelming rumination.

My projects are paused and I don't even know if I'll have the energy to get back to them.

I'm still hopeful though.

Yes, I admit, I haven't been coding much lately.

Tuna and House music have gotten the better of me.

We tend to be more irrational when our emotions are heightened.

When this happens we need to take a step back and let time provide us with clarity of mind and wisdom so we can make better decisions.
